Refund policy

Returns & Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Condition of Returned Goods

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to excessive handling.

Original packaging is not required but is recommended to ensure safe return.


Refunds (Change of Mind)

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will include:

  • The cost of the item

  • The standard delivery cost (if applicable)

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of returning them.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

  • As described

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Within 30 Days of Delivery

You are entitled to a full refund.

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)

We are entitled to offer a repair or replacement first.
If this is unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund.

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Digital downloads once downloading has started

  • Gift cards

These exclusions are in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.


Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, refunds can be issued as store credit.

If the order was placed by the gift giver and shipped to them, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs.

For faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover reasonable return costs.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns over £50, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
